GOMUKHASAN
The Sanskrit word “Gomukha” means the “mouth of the cow”. In this Asan the bent knees look like the mouth of cow. Therefore it is called Gomukhasan.
Steps :
arwSit on a blanket or carpet. Bend the left leg at knee. Place the left heel below the right buttock.
arwNow bend the right leg at the knee and place it on the bent leg in such a way that the right and left knees are placed one above the other.
arwThe heel of the right leg and toes should lie near the left buttock.
arwNow take the right hand towards the back through the side.now hold both hands with fingers inter locked.
arwKeep your head supported with the right elbow. Then sit straight. Look forward.
arwThis is the final stage of this asan. By alternating legs and hands,this asan can be practiced three times at one sittings.

arwThe viens of hands arms become flexible and healthy.
