SIMHASAN
The Sanskrit word “Simha” means ‘Lion’.In this Asan, the body takes on the form of a lion.Therefore, this Asan is called Simhasan.
Steps :
Sit in the position of Vajrasan facing the rising sun.Place both your palms on the ground on either side .
Bend your waist a little forward, raise the neck a little upwards.Open your mouth, put your tongue as far out as possible and let it hang.
arwBreathe through the nostrils and hold your breathe.Hold this position as long as possible.
arwThis is the final position of the second method of the Simhasan.
arwIt is enough to repeat this Asan once or twice in the beginning.Gradually you can repeat this up to 7 times.

Benefits :
arwThe diseases of nose,ear and throat are cured by Simhasan.
arwIt is very beneficial in case of tonsillitis,, the throat gets good exercise.
arwThe calf muscles,knees and also become strong.
